Vallaurea Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Taggische) is unfiltered and protected from light in a 17 fl. oz. bottle with gold foil. The taggiasca olives used for this olive oil, mature at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level in western Liguria. The harvest takes place only if they have a blue-violet color, the mark for perfect maturation achieved. This gently cold-pressed oil shimmers with golden yellow color. A delicate almond and pine flavor makes for a taste experience unlike any other. Recycle thus Carpaccios or strong salads.
